2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, follow these steps:

  • Receive Return Instructions: Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions, including the return shipping address.

  • Ship Your Item: Send the item back to us in its original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

  • Inspection & Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days.

3. Refund Policy
Once your return is approved:
✔ Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.
✔ You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been processed.
✔ Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

4. Exchanges

If your order has already been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled. You will need to process a return once you receive the item.
